I have been with USB for a long time, and have witnessed the transformation from a decent company to a sh-tshow. I’ve had enough. I used to take pride in my work. It wasn’t always easy, there were all kinds of challenges, but there would always be a payoff in the end. Not anymore. I’m relatively close to retirement and I would prefer to be gone before I become ashamed of working with USB and start regretting that I spent a great chunk of my professional life with it.

This may get a lot of down votes but I’m not sure you are thinking through the current job market. I know people out of jobs for a year+. Hundreds of applicants for good jobs. Maybe you have a huge nest egg or another job lined up. If so, great. If not, may want to re-think your stance
I'm right there with you, pal.
I've had enough of this sh!t-show.
