Just be grateful that you have a fu-kng job and don't have to pay the $2xxxx for family COBRA when you start whining abt just a 7% merit increase
0% for three years in a row, bonus -50%
0% here
My merit increase is 2.75% after not getting any since COVID and a paused MBO
RSU is 20% less than last year
No promotion due to no budget
A new normal at f5
While FLD compensation went up 50% thanks to FFIV hits all time high
Bare minimum, aside from 0%. I’m think g though they’d not have done that if they had me on the short list; which I’d assumed for myself. So the panic was for naught and this site contributed to that feeling :D why am I still on here fml
10% with a promotion kek, seems like I'm almost caught up to my inflation adjusted wage when I started 4 years ago. RSUs were about 15% of base, down a little bit from last year
I didn't get one.
I got a 5%, first one since 2022 when I got promoted. After some calculations, my inflation adjusted 2022 base pay was more than what I will be making today.
"Increase? 0% over four years. Given inflation and the increased cost of living, the salary is about 40% less than when I started. Add the RTO mandates on top of this and the costs of gas and time. Joke!"
Engineering director here. Avg merit increase for my org was 3.2%. RSUs were down 12% this year as well.

Is it right to assume that 5% is the average salary increase without promotion this year?
Reasonably good question is the wrong one to be asking
What is a reasonably good percentage increase this time for someone in engineering?
Stupid Facebook character entry
Minus 100%
- 100%

They reduced 10% bonus years ago. Now they talk about merit “increase”. They really think people are d-mb to buy this BS?

Managers know but can't tell the grunts until it goes into effect. They don't want anyone to think they can negotiate. You'll here more on Tuesday.
