Any update on how clients are responding to massive changes in coverage. Hear big mess with big loss of clients/revenues likely. How will it affect those of us in products groups and credit?

It’s absolutely horrible. In my area ICG has merged 4 specialized non related business lines into one group. Threw it all together and said here you go. Several of my clients are furious and are demanding to meet with GK prior to their deal maturity, or they will not renew.
The majority of layoff rumors only seem to mention CSR, CCS, and other support staff. Those are the people we need the most of the way the ICG rollout was handled.
Rumors on how many? What about admin staff?
