Interesting that so many posts regarding Louis’ comments about RTO have vanished from this thread. Dude, you haven’t seen nothing yet you New York douche!
Looks like Laura had a cease and desist message to send to the owner of this site. Certain messages directed towards her have magically disappeared. There isn’t lotion available for that thin skin Laura.
Mitch used to be Elcio's manager at one point, and Elcio couldn't wait to hire that snake oil salesperson when he had the chance.
Elcio told all of HR this on a group call about 90 days after the Schiester was hired.
They then went and leveled all the existing USB HR and Talent Managers by hiring their own 'leadership' team (Laura, Louis, Ratish, etc.) who obviously wake n bake those Pumpkin Lattes and it is their way or the highway.
Anyone remember them saying if you don't like the changes we are making, feel free to leave...and if you do, we'll hold the door open for you?
Talk about setting themselves up for a big time F...ewe.
Exactly what they got when all those people resigned in 2021/2022 and were replaced by people 3-5 years out of college.
Those coffee chats and mandatory all team calls are the worst, but never thought anyone could be as bad as them, but Laura and Louis, accomplished it starting on their first day.
Do not take part in the townhall Q&A session. She is only looking for "yes people" to ask questions and fluff her ego. If you speak the truth she will retaliate. Bet on it.

I’m hoping Gunjan’s henchmen are reading every post (she’s digging for info). Every single remote manager in HR should RTO. No exceptions.
You know they would ask us to come into the office if our power or internet was down or might be down due to Mother Nature.

This place has gone downhill in the last year and the a$$clowns 🤡 in management are spineless. I truly enjoy working with my business partners but I despise my leadership (I work in Talent Acquisition). There is no way I can recommend this company without knowing full well I’m leading a sheep (the applicant) to sla-ghter by working at USB.

Given that so many managers are 100% remote I found the entire conversation around RTO to be hypocritical. So you’re not close to a hub? Buh bye 👋🏼, you should be laid off.

Look at the number of views on this thread relative to its age and tell me that Elfio and his direct reports aren’t scrolling down on this app all day. They live in fear of being mentioned on here. So what happened?
Elfio's Rogaine game was in full effect.
Basically telling us we are just expenses to them that should be outsourced to India.
And senior management can’t figure out why moral is all time low and people stopped caring about this bank.
Accept RTO or quit is what we are told, while management works from home or nice office
"You must accept RTO" yet we have leaders/managers who are outside the 30mi radius who are staying remote and pushing RTO. Hypocrite much?

Usually meetings like this that are called relatively hastily are about a high profile departure.
The Sherminstor is good at working around the WARN Act. He’s nothing more than a hatchet man. Talks monotone and puts people to sleep.
TS is too smart to take those reins he knows it’s a dumpster fire. He is excellent at taking care of his interests.

Wild guess: Elfio leaving. He can’t stay anywhere too long or one would expect + results. A very mid internal takes over and is left holding the bag for failed HR when it takes an even steeper dive.They survive 6-12 months max while headhunters look for another Elfio.
Lots of TOS leadership leaving too....place is clearly not doing well. Andy really made a mess of this place
