Jill felt sorry for Dana and promoted her. Corp Comm is incompetent. Just like HR. The messages that comm communicates shares with new HR initiatives, is always terrible. Go back to the communication plan about PTO.

Seems like more brainwashing for management to convey bad news and say no layoffs with a smile on their faces. Please enlighten us all most honorable grand leaders!
It might be helpful to focus more on the summit to improve your communication skills than to be upset with those trying to teach you. Clearly, you need help.
