Is this related to someone who may potentially be rif'd or does this have nothing to do and this is unrelated?

This was mandatory and now in Workday this shows optional.

Anyone in the know...know?

Mandatory even for those of us that live 50+ from a Pulse Point which is ridiculous. Leadership and HR have been clear that those of us living greater than 50 miles from a Pulse Point can’t post out, or even be promoted within our current organization.

Director or director equivalent and above is mandatory. And yes. Irs to move chess pieces.

It says optional in Workday but my manager said it was mandatory. I believe is mandatory for everyone so they can decide who to keep moving forward or shuffle around teams. My team has had several team member changes this year. Just get it done so they stop hounding you about updating it.
