Yesteryear Transformation

Remember how much we all hated Gloria and Anil and their re-jiggering of transformation every couple years based on whether McKinsey or Deliotte was cheaper...

Heres a new transformation idea, FOR FREE! Let's start rifs at the top as part of top-down strategy.

Get rid of the entire TO. Bring back GMAC full time. Anil can continue to skip rocks though. GMAC was tyrannical but knew the business at least. I'll take a mean leader who knows their job and my job over whoever these new guys are any day. I'm sure those basic boys being rifed will cover her salary.

GMAC was a primary architect of both the return to office and Legato offshoring. I say put her on the boat with the rest of the useless leadership that gets RIF'd in your plan. In fact, pre-board her; she started the downhill slide of this once-good company, IMO. Bon voyage to the lot of them.

I do believe GM is still here advising the CEO. Her name is still in the company Outlook directly as a "contingent worker" and probably still collecting a very lucrative rate.

Names like McKinsey and Deloitte should be considered bad words. Those who have been here for a while will remember the nightmarish "One Anthem" transformation with McKinsey and their so-called "top of the line" WAVE Tool. What a joke. That was supposed to be the transformation that would propel this company into prosperity. Nope, just sc--wed things up more while McKinsey laughed all the way to the bank.

People would be floored if they knew how much money was spent with these firms. Vendors take great advantage of the company, as ELV hardly ever gets the value back related to the dollars they spend.

Bring GM back? I didn't know she was gone. Thought she was still lingering in the shadows advising the CEO and still collection $6 million plus in compensation yearly.
