I started looking for external opportunities three months ago and already got four offers.
Going to decline one and still evaluating the other three.

Isn't it technology jobs that are suffering now? I realize other areas aren't as strong as they were a couple years ago, but it's just the tech bros that are suffering. Coded themselves out of existence.
