OK this is the last straw. This is absolutely insane how little the company cares about their employees.. We’re being told to come into the office on Thursday, which is the SAME DAY that a hurricane is arriving in our area! EVERY news outlet and emergency management officials in our area are currently saying this is going to be a devastating storm and they’re talking about how massive this hurricane is! But the id--ts making decisions about our safety from an entirely different state feel that it’s a great idea to come into the office and let us leave at 3 PM.. Brilliant! Mind you, our local emergency management (and governor) said to stay off the roads tomorrow - and anticipate that the hurricane force winds will arrive in our area at exactly that time!! WTH is wrong with this company!?!
Oh! And our kids are out of school and home alone while we are at work (when we were perfectly capable of working from home safely as we did throughout the entire pandemic for the company!) or driving off a damn bridge because of this wind. I’m so pi---d! No wonder why all our great talent have jumped ship.
Hilarious that their email suggested we referred people to the company… I would never do that to someone I like!
