I got the email and it's expected we work 5 days a week in office starting Monday. It's not mandated... but that's how it started when it was just 3 days a week
It's not really RTO when you were remote pre-pandemic. My team (and those I work with across other teams) are spread across multiple states, countries, continents. Going into an office five days a week will be a total waste of my time and money. Less productive for no benefit. What a load of sh!te.
Where is everyone going to sit? Dell dumped allot of their buildings.

So hybrid get sc--wed and remote get off free ?
Not a rumor. My manger just told us just hybrid people have to come in 5 days a week but remote is definitely going to be their next targets.
Do you know if its just hybrid or remote as well?
I heard it’ll be announced this afternoon. Might be a rumor but i heard it’s in effect for all hybrid ees as of next week
