as a Discover employee on visa is it advisable to stay through capital one acquisition of Discover?
I joined Discover recently, and able to dodge my manager to get a remote working opportunity.
With Capital One taking over, since I am on visa, I work remote and I don’t use modern technology, What are the chances of me surviving?

Banking side employees of Discover getting fudged is obvious. What about the Discover network employees?
They are already working, and have been for some time, to gauge the impact and cost of replacing Discover resources with C1. You will be kept for as long as it is deemed useful. The runway is fairly long but there certainly will be immediate Discover cuts as soon as the ink dries.
But we Discover are better than C1 in all respects.
We have our legacy systems that are superior to any thing that C1 does.
C1 will be cornered to bow down to Discovers superiority.
Discover cannot be suppressed.
Discover is better than capital one. I'm sure Capital one will be forced to follow Discover's process and culture. We own the network. Discover is the boss.....
