i was happy and productive from home, but managers forced me in five days again, because that what their own managers told them to do, while they are home comfy. i've had no choice if i want to pay rent and no other jobs need my skills

the real deal is you sales folks have not been selling while remotes 2x days/week. The impact is Dell has once again lost markets share in every country to Len and H. Are you kidding me. After Jeremy ended up polishing MDs props in 2016, he ended up firmly placed in the where is he now file.

I love the term Dell bots. It's so true and can't wait for them to get laid off or have their lives disrupted. Every employee at this point should be looking for better opportunities. Dell is a dying company with poor leadership.
