1/2 is the day. 1/1 is a paid holiday. I'm excited to see all my coworkers smiling faces 5 days a week! Yay! This will like totally fun and amazing! Yay!

I was laid off and was hesitant to take a hybrid role, although they would have let me work out of a nearby CEC instead of at HQ as an exception to get me rehired, but I suspected they would have eventually asked me to relocate and I would be in the same situation again. I'm glad I took my severance, and I've since found a remote job that values me. Stay strong, current T-Mobile folks!
Our team, corporate focused, got the orders for remote employees to move to 1 of 5 hubs or take severance.
This is the verified
I also heard RTO will be addressed in Q3 results. Will be 5 day or affirmation to continue current policy. In other words a big yawn.
announcement coming with Q3 results to wall street
If this results in layoffs to VPs and middle management here, then I'm all for it.
Will you have to have your MagentaPass and show that you are fully up to date with the Russian roulette treatment?
Make the leaders prove that they aren't blowing off the science and the official guidance, first.
Can you read?
https://www.cnbc.com/2024/09/16/amazon-jassy-tells-employees-to-return-to-office-five-days-a-week.html
The decision marks a significant shift from Amazon’s earlier return-to-work stance, which required corporate workers to be in the office at least three days a week. Now, the company is giving employees until Jan. 2 to start adhering to the new policy.
DJ Jassy eff also said that they're going to be reducing the layers of management. So layoffs coming at Amazon much like layoffs coming at t mobile.
They all belong to the same club of CEOs maximizing stock value for personal gain.
I dunno why people are so happy to see my face in person when 90% of these people are going to have to see me hold back vomit when I see their's. Whatever makes you happy, I guess.
Anyone who is actually rooting for this better get used to doing way more work. TMO will lose great employees who can find flexible work elsewhere. Also good luck recruiting. Talent will laugh at 5 days a week in the office.
I'm excited to see everyone also.. a true team again!!
RF, Dev and all the leaders back in the office working together to make T-Mobile a powerhouse... welcome back
The day is already decided but not announced so any date posted here is not legit. The announcement is coming soon but it will be the email not town hall or all hands.
T-Mobile is going to follow whatever the industry does (not just Amazon, who hasn't even implemented this policy yet), just as they've done every step of the way since COVID started.
Hah shut up stu-pid, get back to work.
Fake news. TMO won’t do that. My guess is free lunches will be going away next year but that is just me speculating
Just because Amazon is doing this doesn’t mean that t-mobile will follow suit. Even before Covid, most teams were hybrid
What an A-s
