My team is now bare bones. I have barely anyone left who is capable and reliable. What’s the selection logic, ffs? Do they ever look into anything beyond the cost? Do they care at least a little bit if we will even be operational? I know coming up with sensible layoffs and reorg requires actual work and brains, but c’mon….

I think my team would be MORE productive if we lost one more piece of dead weight. You know the all talk no accountability dead weight.
Yeah it's weird how productive people get laid off and the dead weight just hangs around forever
