Found this article regarding Carelon Global Services building new call centers so they can take US jobs—Carelon’s expansion aligns with the region’s Health Information & Management Services roadmap and supports the company’s goal of achieving over 80 higher-value services performed out of the country as a global capability center.
Ohhhhh. This is why they added all those seats in the Philippines. Gosh. I can't wait for my elderly mother to have to talk to them about her medications and inability to get proper benefits. I'm sure they'll be so helpful.
I hope MA and Medicaid enrollment drops so low that we have to sell. We don't deserve our members. If you have non-profit plans in your state, consider it. We will absolutely let people suffer and die over stock price. I've never been more convinced.

Yup ! They are moving it to the Philippines. Poor members having to deal with them! How unethical, for our members in the USA to have to deal with case managers in another country. They don’t even know the basic of the health care system!

when you say they are moving to Carelon do you mean Carelon Global? We aren’t all offshore.
Guaranteed that after the transition of case management to Carelon that significant changes will be made in the form of offshoring to the Philippines.

What does CM and DM represent? Different orgs have different acronyms.
