Just remember even though they raised our bonus percentage doesn't mean we are getting a bigger payout. All depends on how much the company makes. Have a feeling they are losing money on this Medicare mess and this is the way they spin it to make it like we are getting a bigger bonus.
Why can't they treat us like adults. Financial performance is not good and very much behind plan. They are purchasing a Medicare business as the federal is cutting reimbursement rates and they can't explain the excessive salaries for the executives and the Chairman. So sad
Ah yes, the AI upper leadership. What school of how to spin a story do they all have to attend? Just wondering how much longer they will be able to tread water and keep their current positions.
