I know a lot of employees and only know less than 1 handful that own NM products, and half of those are $1 for them to test work in production.
There's no chance the company strategy is to hire and sell product, you must have fallen for it?
We paid north of 50k to have a big 4 accounting firm talk to us about AI, this money could of been saved by a simple google search 🤣🤣🤣. But anything to make us look like we are the best and greatest at AI
Sick company culture, keep hiring new people in engineering to make them and their family buy NM insurance policy and eventually lay them off. The ONLY strategy this great company following until today to sell their policy. Whats the need to automate field using Ai ????? when the field is unable to bring new business. Instead of having field to sell insurance, better change the business, grown corn and bring new Ai technology in the corn field.
@gtw+1uFtLSvr They want to outsource some functions of CCS and other field support functions to start by having AI swallow all of the information in LinkNet mixed with some automated processes.
Senior leadership. AI is likely better decision makers than the people currently running this organization.
which part of business area are they trying to enhance with gen ai? just asking to get general NM knowledge.....
