They should at least be honest and say layoffs could happen at any time. I figure morale will jump straight to the toilet, but it can't get any worse than it is now.

As expected, the Bank president dodges the question regarding future layoffs. They already know so why not help us get a jump start on our job search ? It’s so elusive and insulting. I’ve heard January on this forum for next round.

I am guessing that layoffs are not done without the CEO's consent, but that's just my guess. Why would he allow this during his final months and taint his name. Or he really doesn't care, and worse, he's saying "come down with me."

Nightmare. Maybe cut the overpaid, clueless leadership who drain resources in so many ways.
Clearly we had to cut employees to make enough budget for all of the executives we hired and their travel 😂

I really want to be laid off but I did not receive an email notice. Does anyone know if there will be more layoff notifications tomorrow ? If so, how is the layoff communicated? (Email, call from ur Manager, etc.)
