Seems suspicious

This just shows how clueless Workday management is, or this is just the payback for RM duping Chevron into getting/keeping Workday. You know from our own BoD that those positions are largely ceremonial (and now prime diversity placements, like our own DM) and those people have zero impact on the strategy or direction of the company. It's just free money and bragging rights for those people.

Doesn't seem that odd. She's leaving because she didn't want to move to Houston. Most former C suite execs join the boards of other companies when they retire...

I know few people from other Oil Majors who are asking their leadership to abandon Workday after this
This is the first step before they take a class action
They showed her articles where she confirms that she spies on people after leaving the company and they are in fear that their files and employment history details while they are the sole owners be sold or scripted by other to their other employers
It is not going unnoticed as other may think. It is creating a storm as people know her beahviour of social engineering and using HR to drive businesses to the ground
Watch their share price gping down. It went down 6% since the announcement despite tye outstanding S&P500 performance
It is getting ugly with someone like her on a board of a software company that has access to personal files 😑

I know we love to hate on HR and RM,, but what would make this suspicious? We spent a lot of money there like a lot of other companies, and people like having customers on advisory boards, in this it’ll be a former customer on the BOD
