It is about time, reduce head count who make $$$$! Also, too many chiefs not enough Indians to do the actual work. VP upon VP, director upon director, all they do is being in meetings that talk about other meetings!

Those VP promote their own race within 3 or 4 years to become Sr Staff…other employee’s work is not appreciated.
