Headline news on Iris. The Cigna Group and Business Roundtable team up to host an event to help solve some of these challenges.
It'd be like Ike Turner hosting a domestic tranquility summit or Cheech and Chong preaching the virtues of sober living.

What ever happened to the brave woman who spoke up during the Pittsburgh Town Hall and told David she was not ok, others were not ok? She was so nervous but she did it. I felt like she was speaking for all of us! DC literally could not find a caring, human way to respond. From that moment on I checked out. Absolutely disgusted that we work for a company designed to help people and yet we are all quite literally NOT OK!
Can someone help me out with these comments about mental health coverage changes? I don’t think I got a letter like that but maybe I just tossed it. Are you saying we need to meet our deductible before we’re covered? I thought that’s how it was already except with some preventive type medical appointments anyways for most plans.
I wonder if those people that comment on IRIS got the letter that said that Cigna was not going to pay anymore mental health diagnosis codes until the deductible was meet for employees that have a copay plan. I also wonder if these people commute for almost 2 hours each way to an office they have zero collaboration opportunities to meet this FOW policy. In all honesty these comments might be a boot. Cigna has became an extremely toxic working environment.
I sincerely hate every person who comments on Iris postings.
The brownnose comments to this Iris post are the icing on the cake.
Agreed - absolutely ironic that they want to preach mental health awareness then cut coverage on mental health treatment. Do they not understand they single handedly contributed to a worsened mental health state of their employees?
And it’s funny because Cigna and EVERNORTH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH is the reason I want to throw myself out of window Monday through Friday
like this job actually makes me want to go to sleep and never wake up
Funny, just got a letter from them the other day saying what amounts to "Oops! We're not covering mental health treatment anymore - starting at the beginning of THIS year." Cigna is all about saying one thing and doing another.
