New employee: 2 weeks PTO, accrued at a rate of 3 hours per pay period. Can rollover max of 2 days per year.

5 years: 3 weeks PTO, accrued at a rate of 4.6 hours per pay period. Can rollover max of 2 days per year.

10 years: 4 weeks PTO, accrued at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period. Can rollover max of 2 days per year.

Every employee also gets 5 sick days per year. These can be used as normal PTO if you wish. These can be carried over, but you can not exceed 80 hours accumulated in total. Can also purchase up to 5 days of additional PTO, once per year, during Open Enrollment.

The big change people don't like is that we used to receive 7 of these sick days, and used to be able to rollover 5 days of normal PTO per year. They changed this halfway through the year, after most employees had already used their sick days.

Cigna MA employees want to know: What actually happened? What is the starting PTO and sick days for new people, as well as for 5 and 10 year employees?
