As a provider this has got to be the worst move ever. When we call in now the service is horrible , they don’t understand anything about process and you can hear a lot of background noise. You spend a lot of time on the phone with no help. Greedy company! Making providers jobs harder to speak to someone who doesn’t understand health care in America. Because they sure don’t know jack….

If jobs keep moving offshore there will be no one to fund Social Security. It'll dry up faster than our cr-ppy politicians anticipate.
You, and your fellow providers, need to start making very noisy complaints to provider services.
I heard something that sounded like a goat in the background when I tried to have a conversation over the phone with someone offshore. Apparently, they have farm animals as house pets in other countries.
Yikes! Glad I wasn’t the only provider thinking the same. It’s a drag calling them
I’ve heard a rooster in the background when I called. As a commercial plan member this is unacceptable. I cannot wait until my companies open enrollment so I can drop this insurance company.
I had to call IT a few months before they RIF'd me. It sounded like the "IT person" was at a house party. I couldn't hear him over all the background noise (music, loud chatter in Spanish, laughing). I ended up hanging up on the guy and kept calling until I got someone who was actually audible.
As somebody who deals directly with offshore teams, I agree. We don’t like it any more than you do. Even our IT is now outsourced and getting anything fixed is a chore and take 3 times as long as before.
