I have been doing the work of like 3 people in the last 8 months including one who was promoted but actually doesn’t know how to do the job. I’m radically changing my attitude and no above and beyond from me… people need to figure out their own jobs

My wage decreased at least 20% with RTO stress, commute and extra expenses. I’m not planning on doing much. They only gave us 2% raise so I’m severely underpaid and behind.

Yep there’s honestly no point of going above and beyond. It just gets you stressed out and more work put on your plate. If you bring up suggestions or anything you just go unheard and management does what they want anyways in the end. Your voice doesn’t matter despite what they say.

All these lies about "collaboration" and "company culture" being the reasons for RTO is getting tiresome. At this point the executive workers are seeming more incompetent by the day. With each passing meeting they end up looking more like clowns (no offense to clowns) who are lost without directions rather than leaders. It's a crying shame!

Work hard and die with out anyone noticing you like at Wells. Places not to work, this place and Wells

suspected.

"Wells Fargo monitors our every move and keystroke using remote, electronic technologies - purportedly to evaluate our productivity - and will fire us if we are caught not making enough keystrokes on our computers; however, Denise went unnoticed at her desk for four days. The contradictory nature of electronic surveillance versus an unnoticed death sheds light on the reality of what it means to be a worker at Wells Fargo," the statement continued.

During the four days that Prudhomme was in the office, her key card showed no record of her leaving the building. No missing persons reports were initiated during that time, according to police

The death of Prudhomme also prompted a call for enhanced safety precautions that would alleviate stress for employees.

"The solution is not more monitoring, but ensuring that we are all connected to a supportive work environment instead of warehoused away in a back office," the statement read.

The union also demanded that Wells Fargo reevaluate its arbitrary “hub city” relocation plan and its “return to office” policy.

"These plans and policies have only further damaged employee morale," the statement read

Not using every moment of sick and vacation time is a poor choice.
