If HR is really monitoring this site like others have posted (more likely the social media team.)
Can we move all the people who don’t want to be in the office to a different floor or building? It’s so difficult to concentrate on work when people are sharing stories from their personal lives. I’m not talking about what happened at the bar on Saturday, a lot of people need serious mental health help and I’m not in that field. I can’t help, I just want to get my work done.
Move to a different building like idk, say remotely where we can actually get our work done just as well if not better?
Managers in my department can’t do anything. They openly say they have no power and can’t control a small group.
There are people that need to be fired (not laid off) for their behavior and nothing will or has been done about it. That’s why I always leave all my hope to HR fixing things.
