All of Seagate's design center buildings are 50%+ empty now. SSDC is has been heavily government subsidized and the only reason it's still there. Now Seagate is running a separate real estate business that will try to sublease space in all the buildings to other companies. Seagate is become a real estate rental company now. Insane or smart?
