Thread regarding Elevance Health (Anthem) layoffs

Calling for all remaining associates who survive monthly rifings to give yourself exceeds on all corporate values. This company doesn't actually uphold a single one of them and yet asks us to. Thanks for low bar.

When compliance week rolls around, I do have to shake my head. I'd love for any of them to find a shred of actual empathy or integrity among the SLT. They do have it. It's just not for the associates.

Oh and I guess thanks for giving us a Thursday without a major rif. Always a pleasure.

Elevance what you are doing is just wrong in so many ways iv been here for many years also in the Medicare division and I agree these bait and switch type of calls and enrollments that do not stick and enrollment turnover is truly outrages and need to be handled better, invalid enrollment periods with unattainable goals and micromanaged to writes for not hitting numbers. Hear nothing, say nothing, see nothing maybe is there motto.

i work in the government side of this company and i can tell you first hand for the sales departemnt it is a JOKE they treat us bad and these marketing schemes they use to call prospects to enroll is so sad and they can care less they just see dollar signs and they dont care about the quality of members horrible plans and less then par Benefits so sad i hope some in the department or senior leadership reads this but then again i am sure they dont care and turn a blind eye on all the unethical things and enrollments going on here at Anthem/Elevance so sad !

I’m going to give myself exceeds on everything if I make it to year end. I work weekends, I’m always am a team player taking extra work. Only to be rewarded with a meets and a 2.5% increase. Now I’m being told I have to pick up extra work from laid off coworkers. I’m done with this place. I’m documenting everything, recording calls (it’s legal) , have advice from an attorney in case they try to fire me for not being able to do 3 jobs. Hoping to be RIFd next.
