Did anyone notice that as soon as any thread comes up regarding HIH or offshoring in general, they’re quickly deleted? Who’s moderating this site?

This post will probably get this thread deleted, but here goes anyway. I’ve seen it with my own eyes by being a fly on the wall in some meetings.
In an org where the majority of the management is already Indian and gets to make the hiring decisions, they only look at candidates that they already know. Either friends, family, people from their home town, or folks they previously worked with at other jobs. How is it not discrimination? First of all, it makes recruiting easier. Secondly, it helps the company with “diversity”, as I was explicitly told by HR that diversity= anyone but white males.
Isn’t it discrimination that the company chooses to hire a certain type?
The onshore Indians also have very thick accents and are not the best at communication.

It seems that even the on shore folks sound just like the offshore folks. How is that happening? Are people hiring who they know?
There’s weird stuff going on here even when there isn’t anything racist. If you follow posts you’ll see what happens.
They got pretty racist last time. It was ugly to read. Name calling, finger pointing, berating offshore, the whole 9 yards.
I wouldn’t be surprised if it was because a lot of threads about HIH became disgustingly racist a few weeks ago
If ur a whistle blowing this isn’t the plan to post. Go to established media, multiple ones. Of course they will remove posts from this messy website if they share anything too sensitive. Cigna needs more leaks cause they lower stock price which is the only reason they change anything lol
There are dozens of posts about hih and offshoring still standing (a lot of posts abut h1b abuse too), so it’s safe to say it’s not the subject itself that triggers the deletion. My two cents would be that posts that got nixed contained racist slurs or something like that.
I noticed they removed the one that was posted today. It does seem that anything mentioning offshore or indians gets deleted immediately.
