I literally have anxiety attacks before work each day. Wondering what type of c-r-a-p someone is going to try and pull. Whether it be from someone within my department or some other department.
I expect it from the managers/supervisors, because that's the only way they know how to govern or manage, which is utilizing the divide and conquer methodology.
Things have definitely worsen. Today it was a couple of co-workers trying to play head games. I guess to prove their superiority, who in the heck knows.
And trying to work with other departments and get straight answers or assistance without blow-back of some type or head games of some sort is almost impossible. Better yet, one department decides that the normal processes in place decided a year or two ago, no longer applies to them. I often wonder if there was a change in process and managers didn't bother telling one or two other departments. Communications in or organized or standardized manner seems to be a taboo.
I guess that goes back to the divide and conquer methodology. Intentionally keep everything in a constant state of despair and confusion.
