How does at&t investigate mobility teams for activities like flipping data lines and canceling voice lines that are linked to scanners without contracts? I’ve noticed a recurring pattern where a significant number of lines are being added to platinum accounts towards the end of the month. This behavior seems to be cyclical in the mobility space, first appearing in the bat accounts and now in platinum. It appears that management is turning a blind eye to these activities. Previously, there was a feature on the dashboard that showed cancellations for accounts, but it was only available for a few months. Seems like an easy way to establish checks and balances against false churn.

You are just trolling us, right? They, of course, simply don't. The penalty for cheating on sales numbers has routinely been you get promoted.
