All you have to do is look at the pattern. 1% raises in June, lose PTO in July, higher api in August. What is planned to be announced in Sept?
Yep and rumor has it there was a big leadership meeting today to “discuss”
So heard - it was confirmed today by an Executive that the PTO take away was an austerity measure. Austerity for us… excessive bonuses for them.
They always find a way to spin it and then say it's high level... The bottom line is, people are tired being treated like they are stupid.
I was WFH since I started, then suddenly I have to come into office 3 days a week. I have no members of my group that work with, at my location, no hardware, and now the office feel like temp work space like they are going to kick us out at any moment since you can't have your own cubicle. They pulled the snack and soda machine after their remodel.
Too funny - they know why? Was it the obscene amount of money executives now get for bonuses, the endless time off? Maybe we can create a top ten list - or will that be on a PPT for the next meeting?
