Badge swipes are being analyzed and reports are sent to SLT regarding who is in the office and how much time they are available to work with peers (i.e. don't go work out for an hour, another badge swipe, without adding an hour to your workday in the office).
Cigna can track by access card readers, Zscaler logs to see if you are at a "trusted corporate network", and Crowdstrike logs to verify if you are online.
Are you asking how Cigna knows if hybrid employees are working in the office or not? If so, I believe they’re viewing badge reports but they can also see where you’re connecting to the network and for how long.
