Have you noticed that new position are saying AIP 0%. Are they taking AIP away? I’m positive there are a ton of changes coming. Insurance companies are offering less money & less bonuses these days.

I looked at postings yesterday.
I filtered on Job Category for IFT
This was the only filter
There were 50 jobs. In looking at the jobs for the US only and where the level M## or E## was defined in the posting, there were 7 that had AIP of 0.0%
So whether it is a typo or AIP is being done away, that is TBD.
Many of us have wondered when AIP will go away
I see no AIP for the off shore jobs.
I have seen that for a while now.
The most recent one, there was no defined MRP, so perhaps that one is a typo.
The % for AIP has been pushed down over the past 12+ years. It appears to vary how much from 2.5 to 7.5 less.
