Please take this into consideration. YOU. YOU PERSONALLY are not responsible for saving this company $1B. Or even whatever slice of that your workstream is responsible for. The pressure applied to associates about savings that had nothing to do with us or input, and will ultimately come at our expense, IS NOT YOUR ACTUAL JOB.
I see so many acting like it's their personal responsibility. If your paycheck isn't directly tied, and I mean directly tied, to that savings, just do your regular job and collect the same old money. The stress this causes is unreal. Seems like we could RIF more of the SLT and their groveling directs and hit that B pretty quick. I can't see how their circular terroritory arguments are worth their pay tbh.

Use H1B and outsourcing.
Anthem / Elevance, whatever you want to call it , is pure SC-M!!! I’ll never forget how this “ company” treated me like trash and kicked me to the curb. Now I’m out of a job when I have mouths to feed! Leadership is utterly horrendous and shows zero accountability, compassion or empathy. Worst managed corporation of f all time that treats people poorly and then throws them out like trash!!!
