Not for nothing, but doesn't it seem like all of our leaders are by accident. Like people we just happened upon and just threw into positions because of "networking". It's just funny to me to see the number of VPs, staff vps and chiefs of chiefery who seem completely unqualified to make the kind of company determential decisions they do. Not to say that I could do a better job, more that i expected so much more from so many people. I honest to God think decisions get made by accident and then someone else grabs it and then we decide, oops too late, everyone knows about our stupid plan so we'll just have to stick with it until we rebrand it 15 times (cough every transformation cough) because it was stupid to begin with but we're too stupid and ego driven to admit that even WE know it's stupid.

I'd believe it. Looking at the cxo training group...
It is no surprise there are so many unqualified folks in management now. After working for the Blues for almost 30 yrs it is clear to me that this is no longer an ethical company...smh
Why are VPs still wanting performance and office visit info? New norm or more rif?
They got into positions of power by playing the office politics game. It's not based on performance; it's based on popularity.
My direct “ leadership” are/were all worthless! They got their positions due to a— kissing and “networking “ but are literally the worst leaders I’ve had the displeasure to work for. Extremely ego driven, immature, played favorites and acting basically like a tonnage when they old AF. It’s embarrassing, I am embarrassed for them. They hired incompetent mo--ns just to fill a position, these ppl barely know how to add 2 plus 2 . Yet , myself one of the hardest working brightest on the team was let go!! Welp I look forward to hearing about the deeper decline in membership left in the hands of the functional id--ts left to run this sh— show!!
