at this point, what quality prospect would join Alteryx with their layoff history? Damage is already done.
No CEO or CMO wants Alteryx. Sad.

Not true. We are 100% done with layoffs and have been since May/June.
If you haven't noticed, we've been hiring for various positions both in the US and overseas.
Don't start unfounded rumors about layoffs. Completely untrue.
More layoffs to come once we have a new CEO.
How can I see in workday if my role is non critical?
'If your role is something that can be outsourced; non-critical, non-flagship, maintenance.'
I have two directors on my team, and both of their roles, including mine, are listed as non-critical in the Workday app.
What roles are actually critical?
Digital Marketing and Demand Generation are being replaced by an overseas agency. It's already in progress.

Yes, go get another job. There are plenty of mediocre engineering jobs paying the same, or better, with easy interviews.
I’m in marketing and haven’t seen any of this blame game among Jirina’s direct reports at all.
can someone share some stories of senior directors engaging in a blame game?
I'd love to watch
Senior director salaries range from $240K to $330K, with bonuses. Company removed vice presidents due to high salaries. Now it's senior directors' turn.
The senior directors are engaging in a blame game by accusing one another of incompetence. It's glorious to watch, and PE needs to fire everyone in marketing. The environment is toxic.
Pay cuts of 10-25% are being planned, depending on the department and function. Marketing will be hit hardest, product will be hit moderately, and engineering for the most part will be light.

A mass exodus of marketers is set to begin in a few weeks' time.

For sales, as said the bar is being raised on criteria for bonus attainment.
Also, for pretty much everyone, regular employee bonus payout cuts are being planned. That means say if you are getting 10% or 20% or whatever percent of your gross salary, that percentage is going to be cut.
All of this is being planned to squeeze out additional profitability and faster ROI for Insight.
👍 yep
I can assure you forced paycuts are coming. They aren't obvious, but they are coming. They are putting tougher and tougher requirements on bonus and commissions attainment with the goal of having to payout less.
“ oh, they are coming! along with paycuts.”
This isn’t true. There are a ton of open positions that we need to fill from employees who left on their own accord.
The paycut thing is completely made up, unless you mean most of peoples RSUs are drying up
oh, they are coming! along with paycuts.
