People just notified that merit increases earned by employees in the last fiscal year ending back in April have been "deferred" 3 months until December. Probably means even more layoffs coming even though they have been happening regularly all of 2024. Not a good sign. Every employee being punished, even if you are a high performer on a client with good revenues

that is funny. it is clear that he is trying to make the company look "friendly" and get people engaged. But, on the other had, layoff conversations happen all the time. Eric should do a better job: do what needs to be done quickly and to not let people get worried or looking for jobs outside of the companies (the best performer will leave first).
This place is nothing more than a staff aug sweatshop dressed up like some big IT and consulting superpower.
Maybe Eric Clark should start doing his job instead of making stupid videos of him and his directs eating hot wings.
