And? That’s part of the role. Evaluate your organization and find ways to do more with less. It’s called running a business.
USAA HR in general should not be trusted to help you if you have problems with anyone who manages you. They’re notorious throughout the years of self-serving the company, and either forcing people out through terminations or making them want to leave. Back in the Robles years was the last time employees felt like they mattered and that their input meant something. USAA is no different from Chase these days. Just another cog in the wheel.
