Can somebody please explain to me what's happening to this place? I've had a new manager every few months for the last two years. I'm not sure if it's restructuring, or people leaving, or if it's something else, but it's becoming worrisome. Especially considering that prior to that, I had the same guy for five years.

I would say it is a combination of all the reasons you mentioned. Not a lot of stability with EH right now and my guess with more cuts coming in Q4 and Q1 it likely won’t change.
