I already received my light warning about 1.5 months ago for not being in office the mandatory 3 days a week. I was told that if I fail to meet the in office goal again, then I would be placed on a PIP. And if I were wanting to apply to different positions within the bank during that time, I wouldn’t be eligible since my performance wouldn’t be considered in good standing. Such bullsh-t.

They probably won’t give any warning till next year during annual review.
I have no plan to RTO till next year, I will make them give me a warning first
