D&IS getting realigned (ripped apart) across ACE and ESS and PLT.

Attend our kumbaya meeting today to be told we might as well start looking/applying for new jobs. There was no shying about when asked if there will be job losses, we were told yes there will be and unsure of how many and when as will take weeks to sort out. Also redundancy offers not going to be as good as before.
VP was pushed. Rest of D&IS getting moved about. Bound to be some layoffs if last 12 months anything to go by.
Please define all the acronyms AND what is it these groups do?
Layoffs absolutely in time for Q4 under the guise of re-org. How a company can go through 2 years of layoffs and keep calling it re-org astounds me.
In technology, the whole curry vp squad gotta go.
No one knows but he was meant to be at the Belfast offices speaking in 2 weeks time and we were all told we better be in office a million times by ANI leadership, but his end date is this Friday. I doubt he'll be making the trip now. All seems a bit strange.
More layoffs in the pipeline
Did the VP leave on his own or was he forced out because of the plan to split?
A VP leaves and suddenly another reorg with more layoffs out of the blue. Great.
whats the point of it? groundwork for more layoffs? or just alignment? if re alignment, then for what?
Corporate waste
You guys gotta go. You’re super expensive and now AI can do what you do, more each day. The front line soldiers (agents and claims) ) are safe for now since they have to deal with the really messy fallout from the decisions being made like this. That’s how y’all are going to make sense of this.
This affects my area. A lot of concern and questions from people trying to make sense of it all. No one really knows if they are safe, even top leadership saying this all came as a surprise and they can't offer any more details. The one confirmed thing which came out of it was there will be RIFs.
ANI leadership doesn't seem to knkw anything as usual. ANI teams last to know about any changes
