It’s as if they took every lesson on integrity and crumpled it up and tossed it out the window. talk about a complete and utter lack of moral compass, starting with my comments on this site being removed. hcsc's commitment to integrity is nothing short of a joke. You know that feeling when you trust someone to do the right thing, only to have them turn around and do the exact opposite? That’s the daily reality with this company. They preach about honesty and transparency, but when it comes to action, they’re all smoke and mirrors. False promises are their specialty. They say they’ll deliver on something, but what you actually get is a whole lot of nothing. It’s a masterclass in deception.

@OP (original poster), regarding deletions, If HCSC had the power to delete posts from here, they’d likely address a lot of other content that reflects poorly on the company before targeting yours. It’s more likely that your posts are being removed by site mods due to violations of the ToS (profanities, insults and off-topics like discussing politics aren't allowed here).
It’s also the fact that executives have excessively padded their pockets and rewarded themselves but the rest of us who sacrifice and work tirelessly day in and out - are not able to share in those profits. Very “let them eat cake”.
And now watch them pay some publication listing HCSC as the best place to work 😤
It's not about quitting or just "not" working there. It revolves around a work ethic and seeing how others abuse things in a company all while being told falsehoods. Once a person has been around a while either at HCSC or other companies you learn the PATTERN. The key is to fall in line with the numskulls or become the little pet on a team to be rewarded. However, if you have a solid work ethic and morals it becomes a struggle to "blend" in.

it’s exhausting. It wears you down to constantly chase answers that never come, to put in work that seems to evaporate into thin air, and to crave acknowledgement that remains out of reach. The cycle of avoiding real engagement and tangible results leaves everyone spinning their wheels and feeling perpetually stuck. How about we all start being a bit more straightforward, actually commit to meaningful work, and give proper recognition where it’s due?
This statement is the HONEST TRUTH of the company. Well said. Deceit is encouraged which for those with a good work ethic is intolerable and sickening!
