I am seeing very little about WFR on this site. It's mostly posts about culture. Anyone have accurate information about WFRs?

Which account?
I was WFR’d. My performance rating was 3.95 out of 5. One of the highest on the account I was on. It came randomly and quick. And unexpected. I was actively working on an account going through a DDI.
The OP works for an established Medicaid account. We rarely see WFR happen. Maybe 1 person a year.
Question to OP - which dept/BU are you part of?
You will be on the list soon - don’t worry, just look for another job.
Why wait for a WFR?
Get out.
Agree with the previous post. Layoffs are constant. Weekly people are let go. Gainwell is strategically doing business this way. But not in a good way. They are avoiding certain legalities by doing so such as the WARN act.
Just look around and pay attention. Notice that Gainwell never mentions anything about layoffs before they happen or after they happen. They don’t even have the courtesy to care about their employees enough to let them know or to give any explanation.
The post on toxicity is spot on. Gainwell is one of the most toxic places to work.
you don't see more info about the WFRs because they are not stopped. each month people get the axe.
at this point I think a lot of us are just thinking if today is the day we get "the call".
I think that is why there is not much more mention of the WFRs... they are common place at this point.
