Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

You keep telling us bonus policy, VTO, MRR, not matching inflation etc etc are to align with the market rates.

We want you to share what you are doing to align:

  1. on cost savings from the pay packages you have taken in the past and not delivered upon. We don’t want excuses about the market downturns. That was your job to predict accurately - 5 Billion down or whatever our book maker is quoting - is just wrong.
  1. What is your plan to freeze the dividend, not stop, freeze for a few years of needed until your sorry leadership can stabilize growth, revenue and profits. And re-use that income to grow the company with good strategy.
  1. What are your plans on actually having a meaningful strategy - not some dull ppt content from 10 years ago. We need transparency. Stop reacting to the latest market trend or sway of the winds.

Other shareholder employees - do share your feedback and questions. And do continue in this same vein - we are after all shareholders too. Even when we get terminated or let go.

SH/CR said on the earnings call it wasn't about cost savings, then gets on the check-in and says it's about cost saving.
