@Phil

Why does it infuriate you that there are people at Gainwell that choose to do nothing and draw a paycheck?

Gainwell is such a toxic place and has zero value of the employee. This is their own little way of getting back at the man by doing nothing. And it has become obvious that Gainwell is going to sink one way or another. I personally don’t care if you or anyone else at Gainwell works hard or not. The company isn’t worth putting any positive energy into.

I do my best, daily. You are the ones who need to go. You probably cut corners in your personal lives as well. I’m sure those around you love the casual vitriol.

Question - are people who do nothing and earn paychecks safe?

I can just say the executives are incompetent. You have managers over departments with little or no hands on experience. They are definitely a hindrance to productivity, stability and advancement.

Total agreement regarding the 22 signs of a toxic workplace. Which is why they are a lot of micro-managers.

Agree 100%

Do the bare minimum. Gainwell is a dump. Full of incompetent executives.

They don’t care about you. All they want to do is outsource your job and fire you. So do the bare minimum.
