It was great to hear teammates clap and cheer when CEO Just for Men #40 announced his tenure of fleecing members, employees, and BoD was coming to an end. What did USAA gain? More regulatory fines, financial losses, worse reputation. What did it lose? Talent, trust from the military, branding, culture, and its soul. Fargo and Zortman, was it worth it? Id10ts.
