Go to Glassdoor! Give REAL ratings

It’s very important that the fake, happy-go-lucky reviews on Glassdoor, Indeed, etc are overshadowed with the truth! Elv is terrible and has been for years now. This board is very helpful but we should post these anonymous reviews everywhere we can.

Be honest but don’t use any names or your review will be rejected.

At least 1/2 of my team is truthful & honest on all surveys & will continue to do so. The issue is that they skew the numbers & data. Our manager is awful & her scores were terrible on the employee satisfaction survey last year & guess what ? Nobody cared & nothing was done. We also made an ethics complaint & an HR complaint. Again nothing was done. They don’t care but we will keep voicing the truth.

Fear inspired silence. How sad but what an accurate description. I can tell you the TN Health Plan has been going down the tubes quickly thanks v to b our most recent Plan President and her lackeys.

This could be helpful if we can choose employers, but the days we have multiple offers are gone. There are hundreds of applicants from all over the world applying each job.

Agreed! I'm done putting neutral comments on surveys. I don't know that they will make changes but I'm tired of these pretend-games.

Tell the actual truth on ALL surveys. Compliance, Employee Engagement, random bs from culture. Stop lying. Stop being afraid. They're going to rif you anyway. Cost them some magazine awards and accolades. We will never see change until we hit their egos. The only way to stop the execute-led destruction of this company over ego and territory is for you to share your experiences in any and all forums and in any and all feedback requests. It's scary, but I'd rather be loud than quiet if I got rifed. I desperately need this job but I'm no lemming. When good employees get rifed along with the bad ones, there is no other choice. Say what you have to say. Otherwise, they continue to get away with the appearance that we're all happy to be here. Trust me. They are taking advantage of fear induced silence at every turn.
