You have 10 people getting paid for doing the same job and not adding any incremental revenue
Don't blame the economy. There is no recession. Unless Cisco starts inventing something this will be the norm for years to come.
It just amazes me there are always fanboys of cisco with deep stockholm syndrome coming out of their holes justifying what cisco is doing
with sales declining every quarter cisco will reduce heads by 50% by end of 2025 to keep eps relevant
Actually a lot of tech company run slient layoff now, such as Microsoft, AWS, Meta, Plao Alto Networks ... Cisco loudly announcement is for booting stock price.
