Is anyone else getting bombarded with unnecessary and irrelevant training videos in operations? I check my calendar and see a boatload of invites...just after receiving and completing a boatload. Do these ppl understand we have day-to-day tasks we need to focus on? Its annoying.

I thought the shared desk crowd were no longer allowed to eat at their borrowed-for-the-day desks now?
Looking busy and having a full calendar of meaningless meetings is a good thing at U.S. Bank. Being on calls all day is the best way to not have to engage with the people who physically work in your location. RTO works really well when everyone comes back to the office and just gets on calls all day. No need to go to the lunchroom if you can eat at your desk.
The short answer is no. They are meeting attendees and nothing else.
