CX - TAC/HTTS organization impact?

Any intel about customer support (TCE) roles in TAC/HTTS ? How is this lay off will impact these organizations in CX? How about HTE/HTOM?

Customer Support is transitioning to AI bots for Level 1 and Level 2 in the industry. Level 3 is being done in India and other cheap labor countries. To truly know where you stand, compare your salary to $40-$50k, 7-days a week and 12-hour days. If you don't fit into that number, then your role is easily replaced by foreign labor.

no intel on that, i'm looking for the scoop on meraki support. hearing rumors there will be changes to PTO announce on monday (maybe cashing out PTO and moving to unlimited pto)
